Problem getting the mithril bar!

I activated the machine with one masher,put on it two mithril rocks and the powder but evry time i pulled the lever my character said that something was wrong and indeed ..no mithril bar..is this a bug or what?!
I must mention that i teleported the mithril from the mine and i have done everything correctly.

Mithril rock (Spoiler)

You did break it up into smaller rocks first? Then put two small peices into the furnace after activating with power stone. put the koltk powder into the furnace. There is a trick of the eye here and it looks like the stuff is in the furnace and it isn't. Be sure to save first. Then pull lever and it should make the bar. If not try to put the stuff in the furnace again. I found I had to do it three or four times before I got all three actually in the furnace. After you make the bar go back and look in and around the furnace to see if the Koltk Powder shows up. If not it was in the furnace and now is part of the bar. If you did all these step by step then send a note to Garrett on first thread.
