Do not give up the Helm
   

Last quest for the fighters guild out of Balmoral, kill the hunger. You are supposed to kill it, get a very high leevel ebony helm back--and return it for 1000 Septiums. Wear the helm when you report to the guild house master--and you get the money and keep the helm. Helm is ebony(heavy armor) qith an armor rating of 108.
