How do you get in house on Arnika and Arnika/Trynton road?

Hey all, you know those houses you see on Arnika road, the big ones with a door that says "It is barred from the inside and there is no way to force it." Can you get in? If so, no spoilers please, but some sort of hint? I haven't found any rope to throw up to the roof or anything...

You can't open them from outside, only from inside via teleporters, so forget them for now!
