Use of paralyze potions?
   

Obviously there is a point to the paralyze and burden spells, but what is the use of the paralyze and burden potions? You don't won't to paralyze yourself, do you?

Ah, you assume there is a point to them...?

Nope, utterly useless. Unless you like playing statues or something.

Except there was a mod out there that allowed you to dip arrows into potion bottles to add that effect to an arrow - but that's the only possible use for them, and it isn't a part of the official game. What can I say, Bethesda have a sense of humour!
