How do I kill Feruren Oran?

Okay, your first writ for the Morag Tong is to kill this guy, but I cannot get him dead! He takes me down to a sliver of health with the first fire ball and then kills me with the second!

Anyone have a good strategy to kill this guy?

If you are an assassin under the serpent sign then use your spell that makes it harder for NPC's to hit you!

Maybe put on a nice strength potion as well.

I think it's kickass that you can get away w/murder with a piece of freak'n paper
