dismiss a pc
   

how do you dismiss a pc cause i want a new character to join the group

By PC do you mean human character? If so I am not sure, I think they may have to choose their team.

If you mean computer controlled character there is a button to disband them near the AI settings. You can also use CTRL-D I hear.

You can dismiss PC by throwing it out of window.

Other that that use button as -v said. It is in right down corner (4 dots, three together, one alone and arrow from group of three to that one).
