Well I first thougt of Episode 1 Myself, but when you came with Chasing Amy i went looking for quotes from that movie, and there is actually a scene in that movie (in which they are talking about Starwars) that has that quote in it.

I haven't seen it in a movie yet (because it hasn't been in Movie theatres in Europe yet), but i beleave i have seen a movie trailer from "The longest Yard" which has this quote in it.
