Actually, somebody somewhere explained in the game how this worked. The colony was male only. The only women that were brought in were brought in at the request of Gomez (I guess when he got bored by the old ones). It was also explained that they were somehow slaves elsewhere. Or were to be executed. Or were in dungeons. Or something like that. I forget now what the justification was, but the argument was that they have it better in the colony than wherever they came from.

That's really a bummer.....since our hero destroyed the barrier, they'll be back where they started......or do they disappear in G2? Maybe our hero adopts them for safety measures . Probably not but t'would make sense...seeing as their hunky ore barons are all toast and only the hero left. Well, that's not true...there's Diego and Milten and Gorn and Lee and.....  . If the hero ain't gunna be able to be female in G2 they should make him a chick to "befriend"...I mean...what great hero guy doesn't have a chick? |

Yep....IIRC they were criminals too...not sure...but I think death sentence and got a choice whether to die or go to Gomez...

Hey man things could happen with the fomula of: Hero + GF + Mature Rating = "Mommy, when I press Ctrl Up, the man gets attached to the woman" Jeez that'd be bad cause it would look as robotic as when he mines or sits down. Imagine, he gets into position and get's his "pick axe" out and he thrusts it in at the exact same speed and motion in the "ore nugget" every time. Gothic sex... not right.

Gothic sex IS IMPOSIBLE not only by the "look". Did you notise, how Germans censor their games. In GTA3 there was no blood (if you want to see it, for god sake, enter a porn site )

Well, German games are censored for violence only... rarely - if ever - for nudity etc.
To get back on track, as said in the developers thread women NPCs will be able to do all the stuff the NPC guys do. And you can talk to them.
