First artwork of Ultima X: Odyssey?

German gaming magazine Gamestar has a newsbit at their site about first artwork from Ultima X: Odyssey.
They have a link to a site from Liquid Development who did the 3D-art for Ultima Online. The site shows various monsters and characters from a game called "Ultima Online Trilogy".
Gamestar assumes that this is a fake title and that the artwork is indeed from Ultima X: Odyssey.
Let's hope that it has the same features as Tabula Rasa. With private realms in which you can have adventures alone or with a few friends it could be good.
But I agree, a new single-player RPG would be better...

i dont know exactly how tabula rasa will work, except that it offers something like the battle.net, but if so, i think it should be simple to offer a specific amount of singleplayer missions also. those could be updated with new content also via internet (like neverwinter nights autoupdater or equal)
therefore it should be possible to play
1. in "battlenet" environment
2. in lan with some players only, with maybe previously downloaded missions (modules even)
3. singleplayer, with special crafted missions, auto adjusted mp missions which adjust according to your level and playernumber (which has to be in there also for mp games of course), or something like henchmen.

As far as I know, Tabula Rasa will have an open area, like any other MMORPG. You can meet there with thousands of other players. If you want to do a quest, you enter a private area, either alone or with a few friends.
The quest in this private area will be like a small single-player game.
After you are done with the quest, you return to the open area.

incorrect assumption

There is likely to never be another sequel to the offline Ultima from EA after they tanked the last one. I'm assuming that these renders are INDEED from another Ultima Online expansion, since EA loves to milk franchises without improving them much (or at all). Ex. The Sims.
