as for the roof the shop it's inaccsesible with notr (or at least I haven't gotten it) you can do it with the original gothic 2 though, just use a sleep scroll on the guard they cost about 100 gold but the stuff inside teh chests is worth a lot more


That lighthouse idea's a great idea. I tried the sleep spell again on the guard and it did work. I'll be darned. It was one of the first things I tried the first time I played and I seem to remember it not working. Oh well.

I'm making headway now. It's not too bad. Actually I kinda like that orcs are now way harder to kill. Before, I could kill orcs (one at a time) before I went to the valley the first time, which was a bit silly. Now... now way. Although I don't know why wargs are so utterly unstoppable now, and even with medium armour on a bandit with a rough hatchet can kill me in like three hits.
