How do I turn off 'screensaver mode'?

It drives me nuts that every thirty seconds my viewpoint starts spinning around my character. I *hate* screensavers and never use them. It's giving me a headache, and it pisses me off having to tap the mouse every 30 seconds while I wait on the lighthouse for that guy (2 nights and he hasn't showed). Is there any way to turn it off?

haha! you have to stand near the fire. at the very top! no there is not way to turn of "screensaver" that i know of. but stand at the very top... near the fire.

*spoiler*

click "wait" for 10 hours till nighttime... you will see a figure wandering around.... after you see him go into the swampy pool and stand by the log there... go down there and open the log.. thats the stash

I just waited until it was dark, climbed up the lighthouse, walked outside and he was already making his way around. Is it a scripted event so that when the time is past a certain mark and you walk out on top of the light house he starts walking around? That's what I thought it was.

You can edit the .ini file and change the 1 to a 0 where it states Vanity mode.

Vanity mode is awesome.

You don't even have to see the guy go near the stump to my knowledge..just go over there and look in.
