| How do I turn off 'screensaver mode'? |
|
It drives me nuts that every thirty seconds my viewpoint starts spinning around my character. I *hate* screensavers and never use them. It's giving me a headache, and it pisses me off having to tap the mouse every 30 seconds while I wait on the lighthouse for that guy (2 nights and he hasn't showed). Is there any way to turn it off? |

haha! you have to stand near the fire. at the very top! no there is not way to turn of "screensaver" that i know of. but stand at the very top... near the fire.
*spoiler*
click "wait" for 10 hours till nighttime... you will see a figure wandering around.... after you see him go into the swampy pool and stand by the log there... go down there and open the log.. thats the stash

I just waited until it was dark, climbed up the lighthouse, walked outside and he was already making his way around. Is it a scripted event so that when the time is past a certain mark and you walk out on top of the light house he starts walking around? That's what I thought it was.

You can edit the .ini file and change the 1 to a 0 where it states Vanity mode. |

Vanity mode is awesome.
You don't even have to see the guy go near the stump to my knowledge..just go over there and look in.
