I've just got the quest to find the Krahoz & Zohark and when I go down to the Library Chinkashh says that theres a book that will tell me about the objects. Only problem is I ransacked the library earlier and although the books are there theyr'e not in place. So then when I look at the books I cannot find any mention of the K & Z. The librarian doesn't give me any book either. Have I 'broken' the game or can I continue? Or am I missing something [very easy as I'm not the most observant in real life let alone in a fantasy!]

Don't worry about it. I'm only a little further ahead of you in the game, and I took the book out of the library and could'nt find it either.
Go down to that level where the goblin is that's standing behind the portcullis who won't let you in because he says the gem dealers are on strike or something. You know- the level which has the stone bridge that leads to where the troll king is/was.
You should see the woman that you rescued earlier from a bad fate in the temple of Akbaa.
Speak to her.
By the way, the book was stupid anyway, did'nt say anything about how to find either artifact. But if it's real important to you, where the woman leads you, you'll see another copy of it.
Two other things to take note of- 1.) that area where the goblin who won't let you in is can be entered with a telekenesis spell aimed at the lever behind the portcullis. Decent treasure in there.
2.) Remeber the temple of akbaa that you killed all those priests before? Now it's infested with Ylside- be careful if you go back in there. --SJ
