I keep going to fingers and he says "he will speak up for me when i learn some thieving skills"

WHERE THE F*CK do i learn how to
1) sneak
2) lockpick
3) pickpocket

PLEASE HELP

chose the first option:
"i want to become a shadow" or so,then he
says something back,then look at your options
there must be something like"i want to learn"
or "can you teach me".
try it,i don't now the right words.
hope i helped a bit

You do not need to waist any s/p on those skills to join the OC,if you do the other quests first.
