Is it out in Germany yet? also when is the date it will be out in the USA? I thought it was October but didn't know exactly when.

German release date is now 29 November, same as the UK, i dont think they have announced US release date yet, but it definatly wont be before 29 November |

I reckon they started with some changes for the English version and decided to hold back the German one to include those changes also.
I hope there's no further delay tho'.
