Thief's Guild? (minor spoiler maybe?*

Im not gonna put this in the spoilers section cause i have never and will never go in there to scared to see the topics and ruin something , now i have had this quest for along time then since then i have explored the whole map for it and been leving up im level 13 now , Its the quest for Andre where you have to find information about the theifs guild.

The only thing i could find out was in the docks was the nargu guy or what ever his name was by stealing the good and giving to him but he wont tell you anything thats the only person i can think of but he wont say anything and i have talked and explored the whole land of kornois. So who do i talk to or what do i have to do to get his thing done?

Aslo there is a Bandits camp , do you do anything special here cause when you try to talk to the dextor he will fight you so is there any point here , cause im strong enough to kill every one here but i left every one alone can i kill em all? lol well thats it please help
