Wilderness Clearing...void of Rapax

This was the first time I had visited the Rapax Templar camp, in this particular game, only to find it empty. I'm talking void of all trace that they had ever being there -- no archer towers and no tents, not even during the picture loading screen into the camp. Hell, my Android didn't even object to going in. The only hint was some remains in the Queen's cage, such as clothing, where a 3-headed hydra was waiting for me. I figured he ate her up.

I did a few things differently this time around. I think the main one is that I had already placed all three devices into their proper place in Ascension Peak. I also completed all T'Rang missions. I don't know what triggered this, exactly, but I wonder if the Dark Savant told his allies to split before he blows up the planet. Makes sense, eh? However, there is still a lot of Rapax in their castle.

All that was living in this particular area were some monsters and a friendly creature called Rex. After I disposed of all the monsters, he followed me around.

I wonder what other areas change after all three devices have being placed.

The Rapax Away Camp is empty if you are not carrying at least 2 of the 3 final quest items.

Otter's the expert on this, but I read somewhere else that it has to be exactly 2 of the 3 items (i.e. carrying all 3 won't work). When I did it, IIRC, I followed the more cautious route and made sure I was carrying exactly 2.

I think those rumors are bogus, Bilbo. Unless I'm more senile than I think, I had....What was I saying again?....Oh...I had the complete Trinity when I paid the Rapax an unfriendly visit.

Sorry. No pearls of wisdom in this oyster.
