If that's what it takes... |

If the final game is really going to look like this on PC, I'm gladly willing to invest unreasonable sums of money into hw upgrades |

Those graphics arent that much better than the ATI tech demos or the 3DMark 2005 benchmarks.
Those run reasonably well on my machine, and I only have a 2.5Ghz P4 with a ATI 9700 Pro. By the time this game comes out I should have upgraded enough to run it quite well. _________________ IMHO my opinion is humble |

Really? I think the Oblivion forest scenes are the most lifelike I've ever seen on a computer. While impressive, 3DMark and the ATI demos don't come close, and they are in small confined areas and on rails. |

3DMark 2005 forest benchmark runs reasonably well on your computer? Why do I find this hard to beliave?, I doubt you get above 6 fps average on it with that setup. Futher more this is without any computations for collision detection AI, sounds, music, advanced culling, skeleton animation... well I can go on and on |

I'm sure many of us have upgraded our PCs by the time this game is finished, so I'm sure we'll be able to run it well. _________________ Patito |
