Maximum Attribute values?
   

Are they at 100? I can't seem to train my agility now it has reached 100.

Yes, I think so, 100 should be the cap.

Manual, page 18: "Primary attributes range from 0-100, but can be changed by magic, potions, or disease" .

What the hell? Now you're bringing the MANUAL into this. Isn't reading the manual some kind of sin that sends you straight to hell after you die?
