Horatio asks me if I have anything new to say and my only reply is no.I killed the 4 bad guys at the rice fields and that does not change my speach options with Horatio.What am I missing here?

Try talking to some of the other workers. After they tell you that they were forced to work there an option will come up with Horatio that you want to defend yourself against the Rice Barron. |

head to the bar. behind the bar is a guy that'll tell you about the rice lord and then head back to horatio.

Jeremiah is in the back room of the bar.When you talk to Jeremiah about the Rice Lord a new dialogue option appears.Tell Horatio you can defeat the Rice Lord with his help. |

this quest screwed me. i had 126 strength cause of a +10 str ring a +10 str amulet and 2 str potions, i talked to him and did the quest then i got raped..... all of a sudden i was down to 100 strength, he robbed me for 26 strength the bastard! dont do this quest if you have lots of strength like me. =P |

what good is strength if u have enuff strength to carry the weapon u want? strength only lets u carry the stronger weapon, like dexterity lets u use stronger missile weapons. |

i got him to teach me after rice lord and his buddies decided to start up with me, and after kicking their asses and killing them, horatio taught me, and then i killed horatio  |

I thought strength allowed you to do more damage.
You have to talk to a guy in the back of the bar in the new camp to get horatio to give up the goods. The conversation is not particularly relevent, but it was the only thing that worked for me. Its the guy brewing rice schnapps. |
