Where are the personality trainers?

I am looking for trainers in the art of speechcraft and mercantile. I am still in the Balmora area so if you know of some in the area that would be great.

I think there might be one with the Imperial cult in Ebonheart. Mercantile and speechcraft are both skills they look for, so there should be trainers also.

inside the hlaalu (or whatever) council manor in the nice part of balmora. ask around, i forget the guy's name. he will teach speechcraft. haven't found a mercantile trainer yet - the imperials specialize in that so maybe someone in fort moonmoth down the road?

Caius Caseda your guild contact in Balmora trains speechcraft, and there's a woman on the right as you enter the lower level of the South Wall Club (the thieve's guild) who trains Mercantile. The guy who you are supposed to get a manor key off of who is at the other corner club trains Speechcraft and Mercantile I think but his prices are high if you can't charm him or something.
