Yes, there will be an official Gothic 3 website by Piranha Bytes. When? There's no date set as of yet.

i hope they put some screenshots on it when it comes out.anyone has any idas when is gonna be published they said in sumer but stil nothing. |

We'll probably see the site (gothic3) somewhere in the beginning 2005.
Well I don't work for pb but I'll translate some info when the original site (German) is ready for the English one.

i can't wait to see the G3 site,and i'm even more impatient to play the game itself.I just hope that JoWood won't screw up like they did with G2.If they do that the English version maybe in...2007?(hope that never happens) |

Just rumours, no offence though, but they first said it would be the beginning of the summer vacation (june, july) and since then they have been postponing it. They are saving everything untill they have a rough version of the game. At the moment they are still not sure what will be implented in the game. It's still too early to release such info on a website.

On Gothic3.Net, I think, you can see some new data on G3. Well, "new" is of course a subject to person, but anyways.. There's a short movie capture showing the 'new and improved' scavenger animations. It's bad quality movie as it was done with a handheld camera on some show, but still, what can be seen shows how much it has improved. Dang scavenger looks like real now, so to say  There's also more detailed interview, but it's in german. In any case, information is slowly ticking in, but no official site yet as the game is in such early development stage. As much as we know of, that is. Most likely, somewhere neat year, there will be also a fresh, official site, opened with wealth of information. And hopefully, also in ENGLISH And that the game would be hopefully translated asap, once it's out..

From one of the latest interviews it seems that the English version will come out probably around the same date as the german version:
It's sais (translated) something like: "The game may come out sooner than the german players may like". It's still very vague, but there's some hope.

@Sem:I don't no what to believe with all this dates.KaiRo told me that they don't know anything about hte web-site yet.I think it will go on-line a few months before game's realise  .

So why d'you say it will be launched in the beginning of 2005 when G3 is coming something like Q4 2005. That's not exactly "some months before the realise". Anyway, we can conclude from this, that we know nothing and just have to wait.

At least JoWooD has officially announced G3 now. This means they´re generally willing to talk about it to the big mags and sites. I bet new infos will be released in the slow months in Q1.
