Armor/Weapon Levels?
   

Today, I wandered to ghostgate and went inside of the underground Dark Elf place, I found a Dark Elf Light armor/weapon Glass Dealer and I decided to steal it all... It took me about 30 mins but I got a glass dagger and a full suit of glass armor (ac 71) cept for the leggings.

After a while I noticed the condition went down VERY FAST on the glass weapons and armor! (while fighting, Im level 2) Heh Im thinking it was way to good for me? and at that what level would I be able to wear it?


One more question How can I buy/steal a house and call it my own and store my belongings inside of it!
