After you use the scroll and jump in the desired direction, equip one of the other Icarious scrolls, since they last only 7 seconds, the scroll you used first wears out before you hit the ground, which is why you die. so if you use the second one at the end of your flight, your acrobatics is boosted back up to 1000 again and you land safely!
