I just hope the creator of the petition will take time to get the spelling- and grammaticalerrors out of it, it will make a much more professional impression.

I hope you now understand why Petitiononline activities never succeed. Due to the "tell everyone and get everyone to sign in!"-nature. It doesn't take much effort to sign at all. And Atari, like all other companies, very well knows that not even 5% of the people there actually would consider purchasing the add-on. Even if you were to get 5000 persons to participate, it would be nowhere near having any effect on their decisions. There have been far more popular games and far bigger petitions combined with email activities, and none of them ever really worked. Sam&Max 2 anyone?

I hope I'm not turning out rude when I say that the letter is poorly written at least. Like it isn't enough that those kind of petitions rearly have any effect... Now, I encourage this sort of action, but I will have to pass as far as my own signature is concerned.

The beginning of this topic doesn't give any official confirmation that Atari will not release the add-on. Well, here's some: Sad but sadly true.

I think I'm speaking for just about everyone here when I say- Fuck Atari!!

It's too bad that the Germans have a reputation for making good stuff but a bad reputation for being able to sell stuff, especially outside of their own country.

That my general observation about them from my short professional career.

I don't know if you can blame Atari because they don't think it will sell well enough to bother with it, or if they think their business resources can be better spent in other projects.

I hope Jowood gets something done with Koch Media, now it seems that Atari will never release the addon. It would be a real pity if we could never play the Night of the Raven (legally).

I thought the same. I read the article but they never say where they got it or from whom. So, without a decent acknowledgement of sources I'm not buying anything of that message.

I`m really getting the impression that Night of the Raven won`t see the light of day
