Mu Online: Getting Tough With Hackers @ Official Site

MU Online is getting more aggressive in their efforts to eradicate hackers from the game by expanding their anti-hacking policy. Previously, any player found to be hacking the game (using client-side external programs to modify memory registers or network traffic) was automatically banned, and the offending account was permanently deleted. Now, not only will the hacker be banned/deleted, but players who group with other people who are currently hacking risk being deleted as well. This is because some of these hacks are being used to assist other players in leveling up.

There is another note warning against using "AFK programs," but it's not clear exactly what this means. (Perhaps a program that keeps your account from being logged out when you're away from the keyboard?)

New illegal program prohibition policy 10/28/2005
To reduce using illegal programs in Global MU, our illegal program prohibition policy will be complemented. Up to now, deleting account has been done to only illegal program users when they were detected. From the current policy, MMs have found a problem that illegal program users help their normal playing friends to level up abnormally. In order to solve this problem and to make the balance fair, MMs take steps to strengthen the illegal program prohibition policy as following. 1. When you play with any illegal program users in a party, your account could be deleted as same as the hack users. 2. When you play with AFK program, your account could have some disadvantage such as temporary block or disconnection. Please understand our strong reaction to make a better MU environment, Thank you.

I have no idea what it means either but you can bet that the people who the warning is for understand exactly what it means with utter clarity.

To someone who has never played Diablo 2 on Battle.net, a warning from Blizzard about widespread hacks may make you wonder what they mean. The letters MH may also mean nothing but those 2 letters are familar to anyone who has played on Battle.net.
