things in Trynton

I got stuck so I started over. In Trynton, there are four specific items needed around the water on the 4th bough, a specific item is needed to open the door on the 5th bough, and 6th bough. Do I need to leave Trynton to get all these and then come back? 1 is Marten's idol, I suppose. And what looks like a cage on the 6th bough with the plaque that reads "third messanger of destiny- He gains knowledge". Will I need to open the cage to retrieve something and will it be later in the game?

Well, you need to find Martens Idol, and his "words". to open the door on 5th bough, and that will lead you to a solution for the door on the six bough.
If you already have solved the riddle about the 7th bough, you are ready to find Martens idol (not in Trynton).

The 4 specific items you need around the water, I guess is the 4 "Incense" brazers in the non-magic area. You can buy the "incense" at Fuzzfazz in trynton, and use on the brazers. It will prevent random monsters to respawn.
