I'm in the New Mine after going in with Gorn to defeat the Old Camp guards. I've found this orc who's supposed to provide me with a friendship token, only he says he needs some sort of medicine. Except for the life of me, I can't find the medicine. Any help would be appreciated.

The medicine is in the vault to the feet of the Orc. From the position of the Orc it�s somewhere on the far right, very close to the other entrance. It�s hidden.

It�s located to the right of the dragon. Very useful because you don�t have to wait for answers.
