How do you become a Captain in the thieves guild?
   

Gentleman Jim won't give me any jobs until I'm a Captain. In fact all of the thief guys that give jobs keep saying something like, "No one doubts your loyalty, but you must practice your skills to become a Captain." I've gone up 3 levels since they started telling me this. Any idea what you need to make Captain?

Here are the differences between a bandit and a captain
Bandit
Attribute 1 Agility 30
Attribute 2 Personality 31
Primary skill 50
Favorite skill 15
Faction reputation 45

Captain
Attribute 1 Agility 32
Attribute 2 Personality 32
Primary skill 60
Favorite skill 20
Faction reputation 60
