just had a look at the map and it looks great just what ive been lookin for to but what are the propylon indecies/master transport lines about?

Ah, that'll be the ancient Dunmer transport system! Look on your map for any low rectangular buildings, and investigate one of them - the name should match one of the names on the travel map. Hlomaren is particularly easy to find, as I recall.

The Indices you need to activate them are scattered around the island. The "master" reference is part of one of the official plugins, which might also help you find the other indices. Take a look:
