game i want

i would settle for
1non linear
2 lots and lots of weapons
3 big area to runaround
4 lots of quest
5 and strange things like me going for a quest but also some npc doing the same quest either geting it before i do or waiting for me to get it and then atacking mr to try and steeal it frome me
