Killed dexter and the whole bandit camp!!
   

Are there any consequenses for future quests?

..and will my 2h-skill improve If I also train in 1h?

If your 1h-fighting is too high comparing to 2h-fighting, you'll be forced to learn 2h-fighting as well.

For instance, if you're 60% in 1h and 10% in 2h, and you want to learn up to 70% in 1h, you'll have to waste 20 learning points. 10 learning points will be given for 1h and the other 10 for 2h-fighting.

Nope

yes but you have to be one level above two-handed(one-handed-fighter,two-handed-rookie) for it to happen you'll pay twice LP to learn one handed but both of them will go up.
