Just a quick question for you.

I noticed in the demo (English and German) that I was forced to turn on FSAA for my Voodoo 5 in order to view the cinematics correctly. Either 2x or 4x fixed a problem where the cinematics would skip both visually and sound wise.

Is this a problem with the full release as well, or just a little glitch with the demos?

The German full version also had this driver issue. A search on gomp delivered two workarounds.
1) activate 2xFSAA or
2) open the gothic.ini and set scaleVideos=0.

btw., wrong forum!

How is it the wrong forum?

It's not a true technical issue because everyone knows about it in regards to the demo. I wasn't asking for technical assistance so the tech forum would be out of the picture.

It's not a tip/trick for being 'stuck in the game'. So that forum is out of the picture.

That leaves the "general" forum left, for questions in regards to the english version of the game.

Hm, there is some logic behind your argumentation.
Nevertheless I would have prefered the tech forum, because a driver issue is a technical problem, no matter if demo or full version.
You didnīt ask for technical assistance, but somebody else might search for exactly this Voodoo 5500 problem tomorrow. His first stop would be the tech forum.
