I just finished a quest for house Hlaalu and the response deed was available. I asked and was told I could purshase one at the Hlaalu Treasury. Great, I'm thinking, so off I go and buy the land deed to Rethan Manor. It says it's on the northeast coast of the Odai River south of Balmora. Well someone tell me did I get taken? I can't find anything there. Please help.
Also I need to find a Dwemer tube to finish a Thieves quest. I had it and lost it or it just disapeared from inventory. Anyone that can help with these problems I greatly appreciate. Thanks!!!   |

You need to talk to a guy in the Hlaalu house in Balmore. With the deed, and some money, he'll start construction of your house.
Until then, there won't be anything on the property you purchased. |

Do you know if it is the same guy I bought the deed from? I'm so glad you told me because I think I have mapped the whole area looking! LOL!!! Thanks and if you know who I need to talk to please let me know.
