You will be able to get the same downloadable content on the PC as from Xbox Live...but you'll also pay the same price for it - it won't be free.

It is said that this "new" vid is the same content that's already been released by Bethesda (not to mention the "illegal" copies floating around beforehand), i.e. the E3 demo.
Dunno about the pictures, but rumour has it on the official forums that there's a news lockdown in effect and something wicked is gonna come this way soon...
