I've very annoying bug, there's no speech what so ever in game, while music and other sounds play fine. I'm playing now with subtitles on, but it's not the same
Has anyone encountered such a thing? I'd be grateful for a solution on this.

Do you have a rip version without speech file?
This was not nice joke but I have never met such problem. Try to change your sound setting and verify if your soundcard drivers are newest one.

And yes, i tried all the possible settings including ini files.
It just strange and... very annoying1

Did you do a full install?
If not, try with the CD in the tray. Try Both.
