Specific quests or subplots for 'good' PC

I'm delaying any involvement in the Thieves Guild and Dark Brotherhood because I'd like to see if there's anything specific in terms of storyline or side quests that's playable only if you stay on the good side -- which in the game's world would mean, I suppose, that you have not gain infamy points. So far I haven't experienced anything approaching this. Has anyone ?
Again, I'm not talking about items or titles, but quests and subplots, perhaps a faction or a guild (certainly not the pathetic Order of the Virtuous Blood !)
