Overclocking your video card will degrade it slowly. Make sure you are able to buy a new one in 6 months or so...

Danicek... well I just got my game now and tried it to see how it was... and you were right, kinda choppy outside. Well how can I improve its performance at least a bit? I know you gave me advice but I need to know how to do them...

Follow all 11 steps I wrote about in one of previous posts.
Overlock your card a little bit. It will help. Amon777 is right it will make service life of your card shorter, but I think there is no need to worry about it when we talk about such slow and old card.
