City Under Water?
   

As I got to level 6 I thought I would go back to my old hide out in the first cave with the slaves near Seyda Neen and thought I would grab some stuff i wanted to sell.

Anyways, I went to the Trade House in Seyda Neen and a Women named Tolvise Othralen told me that her cousin clamied he saw a city in the water near Gnaar Mok

Anyone been there yet?

If you dive near the island that you obtained the mentor ring, you will find the sinken city. It is marked as a "X" on the map. Bring a lot of water breathing potions with you though.
