I didn't give MM9 enough of a chance yet, but I'm currently replaying Wiz8. I guess that shows what my opinion is at the moment. I plan to go back to MM9 soon, though. Going to just the third city in MM9 really isn't enough to give it a fair shot.

I play MM9 now. And it is very good game. I am not really able to compare them.
They are different.
I am very grateful for every such kind of game - they are not very popural today.

Only think that really makes different for me is that I like much more good turn-based battles in Wizardry. In MM9 there is also option of turn-based battles, but it is obvious that it is only add-on and not original setting.
