Mud, the guy you love to hate

Is there any point at all to Mud? Or is he just there so you can have the pleasure of kicking his but, or running near monsters so you can see him get ripped to peices (thank God for those snappers... I just couldn't take having to hear his voice again)

If anyone knows please tell me... thanks in advance...

Mud was SUCH a pain the first time through the game - but the second time I remembered where he was so I just never walked by him. Thus, no Mud.

I avoid him in the beginning, and when I'm strong enough to knock him down in two hits, I let him follow me behind his hut(in the direction of Thorus, not the cook)... and then.. WHAM!

he was disrespectful in saying he had to be respected, so i let him follow me once i got my hands on the fist of wind scroll, then i gave him 10 seconds to say his prayers

(where are we going? is it a suprise? i like suprises)

so we went to a cliff, i had him stand on the edge and i gave him a big suprise, i sent him into the swamps of the sect camp.........................where the impact killed him....so awful....

i re-inserted him and he once again followed me, and he stayed alive until the chasms at ur shacks place, where an orc killed him, i re inserted him and he stayed alive until the worst part, i spawned 12 fire golems in the old camp, 24 shadowbeasts, 15 ice golems, 13 regular golems, and 20 undead shamans, +2 sleepers, a demon, and an army of skeletons, they killed him
and all uninvincible npcs.....so sad...., eventually they broke free and spawned at the new camp and sect, where they were killed

How do you get monsters to attack the people? I always spawn a couple trolls n' stuff... but they just stand there, or attack me when I get too close... damn them...

spawn things like golems, and shadowbeasts, and temple minecrawlers, and fire lizards, and orcs........they are fast, the troll is too big and can never hit....once they all spawned then k away to the other side of the camp

Now, my big question is, how did you get Mud out of the Old Camp.. he actually doesn't follow you outside the camp itself..

Yes, he does..
I remember taking him to the sect camp (I wanted to test the thing with him and that other 'strange' guy in the swamp ).
But he disapeared; he ran away to be precise.. He would follow you everywhere if it wasn't for monsters that scare the crap out of him..
