I can't find the Elf near the Elfin Village, and I can't find who stole the axe to get it back so the Dwarf will come with me.
HELP PLEASE......  |

Bronthion is in the western part of the village near the only merchant.
From my walkthrough:
QUEST: Retrieve the Axe of Stone.
To get Eolus to join the Council of Seven you'll first need to find out what the heck happened to the Axe of Stone. They say an elf stole it. Go talk to Gregor Dunatrim, the mayor, in the Town Hall and ask for permission to see the elf prisoner. Go and speak with the elf prisoner and he'll tell you he was knocked out and that a human and a dwarf smelling heavily of mead were talking near him. Then he was caught.
Hmm, do we know any dwarves who smell heavily of mead? Yup, we do. Go get some of Rimmer's fine mead and talk with Gregor again.
QUEST: Password of the Sentry.
Give him the mead and sweet talk him into revealing his involvement in the conspiracy around the theft. He gives you the password to get past the sentry guarding a dark area in the mines under the Dwarven Halls. The password is prophecy.
Go to the mines in the Dwarven Halls and fight your way through the traitor dwarves. You'll run into another Black Ring member. Kick his bum and he'll run away. Retieve the Axe of Stone and the letter telling of Gregor Dunatrim, the King's own brother, treachery. Take the Axe back to Eolus and the letter to the King. Eolus will now join the Council.

I got a couple bottles of Rimmer's brew, but when I go back to the Mayor, there is not an option for him to take it. What to do??? |

Hmm... I think you just talk to him for a bit and then offer him the ale. I don't know why you didn't get an option for it yet.

This dwarf is so stupid that he doesnt even want a free drink ...
I reloaded couple of times from the begining of the Stone AXE but nothing in my manner helps ?!?
And again i'm thinking if the Ale of Rimmer is what we are looking for ...!
This mayor mentioned Mead not Ale and sayd something about barrels in a lokal Inn, but still i didnt find any "MEAD".
Maybe it is posible to make some but i couldn't find a way to...
Any help on this matter ?

I am getting very frustrated !
The game has been such fun till now /especialy the washing of the dirty dishes in the castle !/

It's Rimmer's special brew that you need. The mayor may call it "mead" but when you look at it in your inventory it says "ale".

You have to go talk to the king in the Elfin underground where the river of gold flows. Then the mayor will take Rimmers brew. |
