NOTR: Lou's Recipe

I got the Recipe for Lou's Hammer and Lou's DoubleHammer

I Need Water, 2 beets, A lot swampweed, SwampShark Tooth and Rum

I got 8 Water bottles ( Water bottle's are just the whole normal right ? ) i dont know what beets is, i translated it with altavista to something like red carrots or patch. i would say nonsense? anyone knows ?.. maybe the translater who used the word beets ? i got PLENTY plants of swampweed, no rooled but i think its the plants i need, i got 8 swampshark teethes, so no problem there, and lots of rum of course

And it pisses me off that i CANT make the recipe.. can anyone help me with my little translation problem ?.. im sure some other have the problem as well ?, u get the recipe Lou's Hammer from snaf and later u find a key " to tavern in bandit camp " and u find the recipe for Lou's DoubleHammer who seems to require double amounts of rum.

Thank u!

beets are called "Turnips" in the game, you know the plants that are growing on the field on Lobart's farm. Some merchants sell them too.

Yes, the translation isn't very correct when it comes to that point and it will be fixed as well, of course. But, these "beets" are turnips in english, Fisk sells few, for reference, I think he has some 6 on him right away, should be OK to make Lou's Hammer and even Lou's Double Hammer. There was also one, I think, at the Alchemy Desk on second floor of the tavern.

but you can still go to Samuel, he will brew everything for you and you don't even need to give him the ingredients, but it's not free (30-60 gold pieces, depends on the drink he brews). but indeed it's still more fun if you manage to brew the stuff yourself.
