deadric ruins near Hla Oad

I came across these ruins north of Hla Oad killed the orc guards (by the way this is a fast way to get good armor early in the game, just make sure you have several exclude health potions) and went into the temple where I
killed 2 more then found a prisoner in a cell back of the altar. I assume this prisoner is for a future quest. Does anyone know which quest and who I need to see to start it. I left him in his cell to rot until I can activate the particular quest.

I think it is one of the Imperial Legion quest.

Yeah i was there last night with my level 3 Nord. I got my ass handed to me. I managed to kill one orc. But he only had Orhish medium armor on. ( Although it is worth alot though)

My armor held up not bad but i need a better sword. Where can i find a decent magical Longblade at my low level status?

Umbra is a sweet sword if you can get it. I was level 26 and my weapon skill and armor skill are almost 100 and had to cast third barrier on myself and use several home made healing potions during the course of battle to beat the guy who was weilding it. But its worth it. Great sword. Worth over 100k. But for someone your level.....well....good luck....
