Happens quite often. In fact, only one out of four times when I played through Gothic the mine actually collapsed, i.e., was closed. And I could actually prevent if from closing by visiting it.

I'm just hoping for better NPCs, and more actions to do. Like in Gothic I, NPC's didn't sleep. They laid down, and then within a few seconds got back up and sat on their chairs in their huts. Also they didn't really walk around or do things. They just stuck to their spot. I would like ot see NPC's crossing towns, to possibly trade and such. That would be cool. Also, maybe people in the woods hiding to mug you or something.

Also, I would like to see all of the extra things in Gothic II do things. Such as the pipe, being able to actually smoke with it. Or the candle, being able to light it and such. Or just sitting by the fire, like the NPC's did in Gothic I.

Ah, still, I cannot wait. And until then I still play Gothic I. It surprises me still until this day. Infact, I heard someone yell "BASH HIM IN THE MUG" yesterday. I had never heard that dialogue before. ..... Of course, I had heard many threats using the word "mug", but this was a new one.

Anyway, onto the questions:

(Obviously, from my post, you all should guess my questions.)

1. Are there going to me more actions?

2. And the NPC AI, are they going to have places to go and things to do? (On there own. The only time I saw people walking to other camps and such, is when I chased them out in Gothic I, or when they were taking me to camps.)

3. Oh! Sorry, I hope you don't mind three questions, but: Will you be able to participate in raids? All the raids in Gothic I just happened, and you got the news about them. But you never got to be in them. I think it would be fun to join people to raid others.

Actually, this time around I couldn't wait to kill him. So I took off his invincibility tag, killed him, took his armor, and assumed the role of Emperor.

Needless to say, everyone hated me for some reason and chased me. I ended up in Gomez room, where I raided his chests. Then I "jumped out" of the window (I pressed "K" from marvin mode. ) and ran away from the Old camp. Then I went to the Sect Camp, dressed like them, robbed the guy that sells swampweed there, and sold it in the New Camp for a profit.

Ah. Changing the story of Gothic, while playing Gothic, is great.
