I have only played the demo, but the strongest thing is the storyline. It is obvious to me that women where involved strongly in it, which I agree with. As I think that makes better storylines (Kingsquest and Gabriel Knight, for example).
If the publisher can afford to get this to female review websites (Girlgamers, etc) and to women's magazines with a media/technology section/writer, I think they will get very favourable reviews indeed.
I do not worry about graphics as much as story and a good interface. I have been a modern game player (Fahrenheit) and a retro gamer (C64 Project Firestart for example!) for many years now. If it was an adventure for example and the choice was between 2D great story and characters and 3D average story and characters, I would go with 2D every time.
So, so far with this game, I give it 7/10 and one thumbs up. The demo has impressed me enough that I will buy the full game and my view at the moment is that the above score has a 68% chance of going up and only a 32& chance of going down. _________________ PC gaming. Slowly dying..... |

I would have to concur with you, humorguy. Btw, my compliments on your writing style and mini-preview of the game...have you ever considered becoming a game previewer/reviewer?
If so - AdventureDot is always looking for new talent to join our team:-) _________________ Memories that forgotten, cannot be... |
