| Help with prison and Kultar! (spoilers) |

Ok, I need some help.
At the beginning of the game after escaping from the cell I attacked the goblin lord that was fighting Kultar. He stepped into one of my attacks and he in turn attacked me. I was forced to kill him because he kept coming after me. I since got to the point were the ylsides occupied the castle. After going to the prison to spring the king and the others Kultar kills the ylside who was going to kill me. He says he found out about the plot to kill me and then says that he wants to kill me himself. I have tried to defend myself but he keeps killing me. I have tried all the spells and attacks to kill him but he keeps killing me.
What I need to know is, is it possible to kill him? The walk through says that he saves me, but that is not what happens. If this is punishment for killing him and it is impossible to defeat him then I am very very angry. I can't believe that the developers would do this. Loved the game up until this point.
Any help and suggestions (besides starting over) would be appreciated.

Yes, he attacks you because you attacked him previously. Don't fight, but try to escape into the manhole that should be open when the scripted sequence ends..

Thanks for the suggestion. I tried it but the trapdoor does not open, in fact many times I cannot even move. I am just about ready to give up on this game permanently. If there are any other suggestions (besides starting the whole thing over again) I would be happy to try them. I'm just not sure if Kultar can be defeated.  |
