Is this new? Or did they only add it to PC games? In some of the AD&D games they let you allocate points however you wanted. Now trying to raise stats higher than 14 costs more points initially. I figured...let them raise and lower their stats to the beginning racial max or min as well as give them not so many stat points. _________________ "What are you gonna do? Release the dogs?! It's 3.0 (now 3.5) standard rules.
It's not as bad as it seems. A 14 in 3rd edition is as strong as a 17 was in previous editions. An 18 is as good as a 22 AD&D in most cases (except strength, where they lowered bonus damage in exchange for increasing the effect on attack, which is better/stronger anyways). _________________ Estuans interius, Ira vehementi
