the issue is that i am at chapter 1, level 6, and have no skill in alchemy, not completing Mr Ignaz ignominous human experiment.
I have 3 globin berries should i use them now or wait?

You will find much more of the berries later on. If you want to make a dex potion you will need 1 goblin berry and 1 Kronstöckl (Sorry, don't know the english expression for it). You will find much more goblin berries than Kronstöckl in the game so it's no big deal using the berries now.

I would wait some chapters before using skill-increasing potions, plants and food, because you'll need more learning points.

good idea.
however u know how desperate we feel to increase STR/DEX at the early levels. even killing a field-raider poses quite a challenge. i entered, at level 6, in a cave inhabitated by a shadowbeast and suddenly was ded. never knew what killed me.
bandits are also impossible to deal with when you have STR 22 and DEX 22, a merc light armor and low skills in combat.

johnnybravo1,

Generally the advice is to decide which attribute your hero will concentrate on (Strength, Dex, or Mana). Then save the plants used to make potions for that attribute (Dragon Root, Goblin Berries, or Fire Root, respectfully). All need King Sorrel to make the potions and that's in short supply. Then feel free to eat the plants for the attributes you will not concentrate on.

Try not to use any method to enhance any attribute until you get it over 30 with LPs, since up to that point it only costs 1 LP per Attribute point (a bargain).
