Problem with sneak master training
   

The problem is that when I train to 100 I dont get master title, still expert and the number (100) is green. I am training at that Marana Ryan lady in Imperial City. Do you need more than 100 for sneak mastery?

Pls advise am I missing something?

I am master of a bow, had no problems learning it.

green means you have a magical item/effect increasing your skill. In order to be a master you need to have a natural skill of 100.
